Mike McCarthy is a husband, a father and a serial entrepreneur. Mike hopes to make a lasting impact and unleash the extraordinary potential within people, especially families. He is driven by his generous heart and is deeply committed to helping his family, partners and team members shine. “McLovin,” as he is affectionately called by his closest friends, gained his nickname from his witty sense of humor and infectious laugh.

Jon Clidy
Regional Director
John has over 16 years of real estate experience. His team has sold over 2,000 units and has been recognized as being one of the top teams in NJ. John is passionate about growing passive income. He is an experienced real estate investor who owns multi rental properties and commercial buildings. John is also the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Washington Township, NJ market center which was recently recognized as one of the fastest growing franchises in the Keller Williams System. John joined our team in 2014 as our Area Director. After serving in that role for 4 years, John was promoted to Regional Director in January 2018. In his role, John is responsible for growing the Region by opening new Market Centers and introducing the Keller Williams models to Top Producing Real Estate Agents.
Michele McBride
Director of Organizational Development
Michele started with Keller Williams in 2007 as a Market Center Administrator (MCA). She was recognized early in her career as an emerging leader. In 2013, she was inducted into the Keller Williams Realty International MCA Hall of Fame, and later that same year joined our team as the Regional MCA. Michele graduated from Penn State University with her Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Change. In January 2018, Michele was promoted to the Director of Organizational Development. In her role, she is responsible for consulting our leaders into top performance by using the KW models and systems. Michele is passionate about personal growth and development and so it only makes sense that she is also responsible for the planning and execution of our regional training calendar.

His insight in marketing and business have influenced a variety of businesses and non-profits to new levels in social media video and recap production.

CJ was born and raised in Sacramento, Ca. with an enormous passion for life. He attended school in Santa Barbara before moving to Reno, Nevada, where he met his wife, Sarah, and began following his professional passion for web design. He loves technology and helping people, so naturally web design was a perfect outlet. CJ loves being in nature and often retreats to the mountains when possible to hike, bike, camp, or snowboard. Staying physically and mentally active, spending quality time with friends & family, and striving to be a good example for others are most important to him.
